Fowlsheugh - 11th July 2012

Although the light and weather wasn't looking too good, there's a danger that if we waited for good conditions to visit the cliffs at Crawton then the breeders would be long gone!

A two hour stroll with the usual birds including 12 puffin, tree sparrow (1st one I've seen here), linnet, yellowhammer and a passing great skua that descended on to the sea below to feed on a dead kittiwake.
